Terms of Trade
Payment is required at time of order processing. Product remains the property of Aura-Soma New Zealand Ltd until paid in full.
All posted parcels incur a postage and packaging charge.
Because the product is a living energy, Aura-Soma NZ cannot guarantee consistency in clarity, colour or smell, each and every batch is different due to the use of natural plant extracts.
We have the right to refuse to sell products to you for any reason at any time.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand, including post office boxes and rural delivery– additional charges may be charged to rural delivery.
Our shipping days are normally Tuesday and Thursday.
Parcels are usually delivered by within 4 working days after the day we ship your parcel eg. If you order on a Saturday your parcel will be shipped on Tuesday allow an extra day for RD delivery.
When should you receive your parcel?
We will change the status of your order to ‘shipped’ and as long as you have given us your correct email address you will receive a status update email– you should then get your parcel within 3 business day, time of day depends on your area, if you have not received it by end of day of the 3rd business day please notify us for tracking details.
Rural Delivery may be 3-4 business days.

Safety of your parcel
For you convenience we do not use the signature required courier service. If you wont be home, or if your area is unsafe for the parcel to be left, please notify us of a safe address. Parcels can be particularly vulnerable to theft in school holidays, we can not be responsible for stolen parcels once they have been delivered.
Out of stock or can't see a Aura-Soma product you love on our website?
We do our best to keep all our products in stock and normally keep our stock levels on our website a bit lower than in our store as to not run out, if you see the out of stock notice on something your wanting please check with us directly as there maybe one left in our stock room or we can advise on when the product will next be available email info@aura-soma.co.nz
Aura-Soma makes hundreds of product and we don’t stock all of them, however we are happy to get them in for you please email us directly telling us what your looking for email info@aura-soma.co.nz
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item.) We will send you the return courier bag, please contact us if we have made an error prior to sending product back for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks.
