In a full Aura-Soma Consultation, you personally choose your favourite 4 Equilibrium bottles from over 100 colour combinations. When you look at the colours, your subconscious mind knows what colours and energies will be supportive to you at this time.
To satisfy your mental level, a trained Practitioner can give you an understanding of your selection. This can assist you in areas of your life where you need to relax more, give yourself more space, or perhaps balance your life, with more focus on your spiritual or intuitive side.
At the end of the consultation your practitioner will advise you on the best selection for you to take home and use. This will normally include an Equilibrium bottle, a Pomander, Quintessence and possibly an Colour Essence and ArchAngeloi. You then apply your colours as directed by your practitioner. Using the entire bottle over about 7 weeks.
