To ensure we can process your order quickly please have the following details handy:

  • Your order  - descriptions product codes and sizes you require.
  • The correct details of the address you want the order sent to.
  • Please include your daytime phone number.
  • Have your Visa or MasterCard details - numbers and expiry date, ready.
  • If you do get the answer phone please leave a clear message and we will call you back. You may leave a message at any time.

  • Complete the order form writing clearly
  • Fill in your name, shipment address and daytime phone number
  • Fill in card owners name.
  • Visa or MasterCard details - numbers and expiry date
  • Fax your order pressing the start button at the end of dialling.
  • Our fax line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Our show room is open by appointment, please phone to make a time.
  • Please park in the allocated car parks only.
  • The shop takes eftpos, Visa and Mastercards and cash.

Payment by Visa or MasterCard

  • Complete the necessary details and sign the authorisation form.
  • Please ensure you include all card number
           (e.g. 5678 4473 2371 9837).
  • The expiry date and the name on the card.
           (e.g. 01/07 RJ Brown)
  • Please sign in allocated space.
  • A new order form will be returned with your order.
     

Processing & Deliveries

  • Orders are processed on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We do our best to fulfil all orders.
  • Orders received before 12 noon on processings days are normally processed and dispatched on the same day for next day delivery nation wide.
  • Orders after 12 noon are processed the next processing day.
  • RD Delivery please allow 5 working days for RD delivery.  If you do not get your order within this time please contact us.  RD deliveries do incur a surcharge that we pass on.

Backorders

We do our best to hold enough stock at all times however sometimes we are unable to fill an order due to availability of stock out of the UK or an unexpected run on a product.  Due to these reasons we do not do backorders as such.

If this situation arises the following procedures will take place:

  • Your outstanding order will be noted.
  • Once the product is in stock we will phone or email you.
  • This allows you to re-order your stock if it is still required with your next order
  • This order will be processed as a new order and freight will be charged accordingly.

Returns

If you order or receive the wrong product please notify us within 24 Hours of receiving the product.

Damaged in Transit
If you goods are damaged in transit please keep all packaging and wrapping.  Please notify us as quickly as possible. We will replace the damaged goods and make a claim with the courier company.  The courier company may wish to inspect or collect the damaged goods and packaging.  Please keep these until we advise you to throw them away.

Special Requests/Special Order's
We hold most of the Aura-Soma range; some slow moving lines are only held in small quantities to ensure stock is fresh.  If there is a product you do want and we don't have it in stock, we can get it in for you.  Please allow 6 weeks.
